From Eastside (Southbound on 405)   Take Exit 4 from I-405 onto Sunset Blvd (SR900)  Continue straight through 2 lights.  Curve right over railroad tracks (Sunset becomes Bronson Way North - still SR 900). Turn right on Logan Avenue South (just past Washington Mutual Bank).  The office is on the right in a cream two-story house, the third house past the blue Musician's Hall. 

From Tukwila or Kent (Northbound on 405)  Exit on Northbound 167 (Ranier Avenue South).  Go straight about 8/10 mile to South Third Street (just after Taco Bell and BP store).  Turn right on South Third Street, go straight about 4/10 mile to Logan Ave. South (past Renton High School on the left) and turn left.  The office is on the right in a cream two-story house, the third house past the blue Musician's Hall.
