Legal Assistant: $65.00/hr
Flat rates by arrangement
Personal injury: 33 1/3 % of gross settlement or as otherwise agreed
Chapter 7 bankruptcy: Depending on complexity and assets. Usual flat fee is
$1,200-$1,500, all paid before filing, plus filing fee ($299.00) payable at
time of filing or within 120 days of filing.
Chapter 13 bankruptcy: Depending on complexity and assets. Usual fee is $2,750,
with $1,500 paid before filing and balance paid within 1 year, plus filing fee
($274.00) payable at time of filing or within 120 days of filing.
